Shipping
WAY OF MOON aims to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within three business days upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated. Please note that for personalized or custom-made items, the shipping time may be longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information, if applicable.
Shipping Methods
WAY OF MOON uses reputable shipping partners to safely and punctually deliver your order. Available shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the products you have ordered.
Shipping Costs within the Netherlands
For orders within the Netherlands, the following shipping rates apply:
Total order value of € 0 - € 49.99 - Shipping cost € 6.95
Total order value of € 50 or higher - No shipping costs
Local Delivery: For delivery addresses within a 6 km radius of Cederlaan 256, Eindhoven, there is also an option for local delivery. The shipping cost for this is always € 3, regardless of the order value.
Shipping Costs outside the Netherlands
For orders to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal, the following shipping rates apply:
Total order value of € 0 - € 99.99 - Shipping cost € 9.70
Total order value of € 100 or higher - No shipping costs
For orders to Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, the following shipping rates apply:
Total order value of € 0 - € 99.99 - Shipping cost € 12.95
Total order value of € 100 or higher - No shipping costs
International Shipping
WAY OF MOON also ships within the EU. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply to international shipments. WAY OF MOON is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
