E-commerce Software

Shopify Our online store is developed using software from Shopify. Personal data that you provide us for our services is shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, and they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is contractually obliged to implement appropriate security measures, including SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify is a certified processor of credit card data. They use cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, without collecting and/or storing personal data. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within their own group to improve their services. Shopify complies with the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data. The EU/US Privacy Shield applies, and your data may be processed in the United States.

Email and Mailing Lists

Brevo Our website uses BREVO, a third party handling email traffic from our website and the sending of newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through BREVO servers. BREVO will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. Each automated email sent from our website includes an 'unsubscribe' link. Clicking on this link will stop you from receiving further emails from our website, although this might significantly reduce the functionality of our website. In case of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility), Shopify Payments shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. Shipping and Logistics

PostNL When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL for the execution of deliveries. For this purpose, we share your name, address, and residence details with PostNL. PostNL uses this information solely for the execution of the agreement. In case PostNL engages subcontractors, they also provide your data to these parties.

DHL When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL for the execution of deliveries. Invoicing and Accounting

Shopify For our administration and accounting, we use the services of Shopify. We share your name, address, residence details, and details regarding your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored securely. Shopify is bound to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Shopify does not use your personal data for purposes other than described above.
