Ever since I was little, I have felt a deep connection with nature. it felt to me as if everything was animated. Like I could talk to it. As if there was something intangible in the air that I couldn't quite explain. Something big. Something magical.

In my current profession I get to work with this intangible. The energy that animates everything. I work as a holistic therapist and am often concerned with, among other things, reiki, the connection of everything and the search for wholeness. I have noticed in my practice that people are often looking for an explanation, but how do you explain the inexplicable?

With way of moon I hope to build a bridge. A bridge between the intangible and the tangible.

What is the delivery time?

Orders will be shipped within three business days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that shipping time may be longer for personalized or custom items.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

What about the shipping costs?

The following shipping rates apply to orders within the Netherlands :
For orders up to €50, shipping costs of €4.95 apply

If your total order value is higher than €50, shipping costs are free.

Local delivery : For delivery addresses within 6 km. radius of Cederlaan 256, Eindhoven, there is also the option for local delivery. The shipping costs for this are €3. If your total order value is higher than €50, shipping costs are free.

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands

For orders to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal, the following shipping rates apply:

For orders up to €100, shipping costs of €9.70 apply

If your total order value is higher than €100, shipping costs are free.

For orders to Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden the following shipping rates apply:

For orders up to €100, shipping costs of €12.95 apply

If your total order value is higher than €100, shipping costs are free.

Can I return my order?

Yes, way of moon offers a return policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, way of moon offers a returns policy within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact info@wayofmoon.com to request a return. After this you have 14 days to return the product.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of its receipt. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in the original packaging if possible.

Please note: Custom made (personalized) orders cannot be returned.

Return costs are not reimbursed and are for the consumer's own account.
