Returns

WAY OF MOON aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every delivered product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, WAY OF MOON offers a return policy within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at info@wayofmoon.com to request a return.

The reconsideration period begins on the day you received your order. Once you have indicated your desire to return the product, you have 14 days to return the item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and preferably in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of its receipt. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Excluded Items

Please note: Custom made (personalized) products cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
